Jest to dla mnie jeden z najważniejszych i najdłuższych projektów fotograficznych. Dotyczy "deskorolkowego święta" jakim jest "Go Skateboarding Day". Obchodzony co roku 21 czerwca w pierwszy dzień lata na całym świecie. Miałem okazję uczestniczyć jako rider i dokumentować od 2009 te wspaniałe celebrowanie na ulicach Górnego Śląska. Dla niektórych osób deskorolka to coś więcej niż zajawka, pasja i subkultura. To styl życia, to codzienność. Nie ważne czy dalej jeździsz jeszcze na deskorolce, jeśli zacząłeś i jeździłeś to riderem jesteś do końca życia.

This is one of my most important and longest-lasting photography projects. It concerns the "skateboarding holiday" that is "Go Skateboarding Day". Celebrated annually on June 21st, the first day of summer, around the world. I had the opportunity to participate as a rider and document this wonderful celebration on the streets of Upper Silesia since 2009. For some people, skateboarding is more than just a hobby, a passion, and a subculture. It's a lifestyle, an everyday reality. It doesn't matter if you still skate, if you started and rode, you're a rider for life.
